| Indianapolis National Weather Service "0n-line" Training Video (32 min) | | Mar 02,2008 | | |   | While researching for some Skywarn Spotter training material for local amateurs to review we ran on to a very good "on-line" video training aid for local Amateur Radio Spotters to watch. It is lasts approximately (32 min.), and is very infomative. The training speaks early on about "Ground Truth" reporting, which is extremetly important when providing reports to the National Weather Service through other agencies, There is a link to the Indianapolis NWS site for you to view under the "links" tab on our web site.
It´s worth watching....! | |

| | Shawnee Repeater Web Site (Changes) | | Feb 11,2008 | | |   | | We have been in the stages of changing our (SRI) Web Site over to a different location. Todd Snyder, N9AOK has helped us get started with a web site some years back, but now Todd has other priorities to attend to. We now feel it´s best for the (SRI) to maintain the web site. We sincerely appreciate all of Todd´s time and dedication he made to the web site, and hope that we can still maintain the level of performance that Todd provided all of those years. Thank you Todd ! | |
